California Residents Do Not Sell My Info

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) gives our California resident customers the right to opt-out of the “sale” of their personal information, which includes information about their usage of and activity on our site as well as data collected during transactions with us (“Collected Data”). Like many online retailers, we have relationships with various third parties that use Collected Data to do things like predict your preferences and display advertising targeted to your interests. Under the CCPA, sharing your Collected Data with these third parties may be considered a “sale” of your personal information.

If you are a California resident customer and want to opt out of this data sharing, you should do two things: 1) complete the form below – be sure to click the “submit” button at the bottom of the form; and 2) deactivate the cookies and tags and similar technologies on our site that are used by third-parties (“Targeting Cookies”) by clicking the icon displayed above the form labeled “Do Not Sell My Info.” Note that if you delete or clear the cookies on your browser, use a different browser to visit our site, or buy a new computer, you will need to deactivate these Targeting Cookies by clicking the Do Not Sell My Info icon again. You can find more details regarding this and other California resident customers’ rights in our Privacy Policy. For information on what a cookie or tag is and how they are used, please visit our Cookie Policy. Note that some cookies and similar technologies are not affected by changes you make here and you must take additional steps to change your preferences, as described in our Cookie Preference Center, which can be reached from the Cookie Policy.
